Just a quick note to thank you all for the service offered. We had a great time, and will be certainly recommending Bamro again. George in the ski hire shop was excellent as well. Great skiing, great food, great service. Despite what Douglas said, we did go in a restaurant with a guy outside trying to pull you in. We went every night, and started with a 20% discount, then 25% then 30%. The lamb was fantastic.

We had a great time in Bansko and your apartment was super. The service Bamro provided was excellent. There's a brand new shopping mall next door to the royal towers - it has a pharmacy in it which is handy, also kids play area/amusements and a restaurant and nite-club. Regarding the transfer - we were on a coach transfer this time round, and it took about 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 hours. The last time we were just on a mini bus and it only took 2 1/4 hours. Our own apartment is ready now and I'm heading out to stay in it on Sunday 28th Feb. Thanks again for letting us use your apartment at short notice in January.

Really impressed!! Four stars is no joke especially for the price. Our room was comfortable and spacious with great views of the mountains and surrounding area. Bansko has charm in abundance - not one of these man-made ski resorts with no culture - and a brilliant atmosphere about the whole town.
